“On Monday, sometime after 7:40 p.m., Police responded to a shooting on the corner of Dolphin Street and Cemetery Road. As a result, they went to the K.H.M.H. where they observed a male person suffering from a gunshot to the right ankle. This male person name was learned to be Justin Stephens. The information that we have received so far is that he was walking on Cemetery Road heading towards Magazine Road when he was approached from behind by a male person who fired several shots in his direction, causing the above-mentioned injuries. At that time he was in the company of a female person, however, she escaped unhurt. At present, the police have some footage that can probably assist us with the investigation. We are seeking one male person that we need to question and who can assist us in this investigation.”

“It seems like they were specifically targeting him, is that correct?”

ASP Alejandro Cowo

“Yes.”

Reporter

“Is this a product of a known rivalry or was it a personal beef or vendetta?”

ASP Alejandro Cowo

“What so far that we have gathered is that apparently it has something to do with a previous shooting earlier in the city.”
