Andy Rhaburn Still at Large
We reported on the matricide that happened in Carmelita, Orange Walk on Tuesday morning. Twenty-five-year-old Andy Rhaburn used a crowbar to hit his mother, fifty-four-year-old Braulia Pech on the head. Pech’s daughter found her bleeding and injured in the back yard. That same day, Rhaburn attacked another woman; luckily, a resident rescued her. As for Andy Rhaburn – well, he is still on the run. Police have not been able to locate him – and they didn’t find the crowbar. Police say that the public need to be cautious because Rhaburn may be dangerous.

“Any ideas of his whereabouts; like where would he have fled?”

“No. I know that there was some information this morning that the police were following up where he may be, however, that was fruitless.”

“Any warning for the public? I mean, it was a crowbar he used but it turned out to be fatal. Any warning for the public who may come in contact with him?”

“I know that there is a wanted poster out and that all formation messages have been sent that he is wanted in connection with this investigation.”

“I do not know that he would be considered armed just to be with the crowbar; but I know that some care must be exercised whenever he is seen.”
Rhaburn is known to have a violent behavior due to the use of drugs.
