S.C. Ecumenical Offers Wingle in Raffle

Meanwhile, the teachers over at the college are also giving you an opportunity of a lifetime – ten dollars to win a 2017 Great Wall Wingle pickup, valued at thirty-five thousand dollars. The raffle will be drawn on Mother’s Day in May 2018 and Jonell Villafranco tells us more.

“Can you believe it? Ten dollars and you will be walking away with a thirty-five thousand-dollar Wingle. The proceeds for this grand raffle goes towards our phase four for our auditorium. That phase four is just the platform so that we can have our stage intact.”

“The wingle, we are collaborating with Caribbean Motors and we are going to pay it cash. But we are also soliciting funds otherwise so that they can help us with the thirty-five thousand dollars. So far, we can say to date that we have one single donor who has contributed over fifty thousand dollars towards it and that is Mister William H. Bowman. And from that proceeds and other proceeds from the community as well as the school initiative where they did fundraisers such as the fairs, class contribution and the relathon—those proceeds made the auditorium what it is today—but the raffle is going to put on another phase towards that.”
