Search continues for men missing at sea
Refusing to give up hope, search parties were back on the sea today looking for any sign of the vessel “The Demonstrator” and her passengers. News 5 understands that efforts are being made to bring in special equipment from the United States to scan the sea floor for the wreckage. On Friday, December twenty-seventh, Johnston International employees Ian Jackson and Charles Moody, accompanied by Moody’s seven year old son, left Belize City bound for the Turneffe Islands. Because only debris from the boat’s deck has been recovered, it is now speculated that the men and boy may have been trapped inside the cabin when the vessel capsized. Sources tell News 5 tomorrow will be last day recovery efforts will be classified as part of a search and rescue mission, and attention will then be focussed on finding The Demonstrator, wherever it may be.
