Prisoners escapes, quickly captured
It doesn’t seem to occur as much as it used to, but now and then there is an escape from Hattieville prison. This morning, one of the facility’s inmates, Michell Miranda, managed to bust out of the minimum security section, but was apprehended this afternoon. Details are sketchy, but we are informed that the twenty-six year old Miranda, serving a one year term, was found by police hiding in the bush not far from the Western Highway in Hattieville. A team of thirty-five prison officers and police had initiated a manhunt for the prisoner, although he was not considered dangerous. Prison officials have declined to publicize exactly how Miranda escaped.
