Eighteen-year-old Darnell Domingo, a student of Western Paradise Village, and twenty-nine-year-old Francis Parham were heading to Belize City on a motorcycle, when they were approached by a white car from the opposite direction. A passenger exited the vehicle and opened fire on Parham and Domingo. Although they sought cover in nearby bushes, Parham was hit to the legs before the gunman got back in the vehicle which sped off.
