U.S. couple robbed in Hopkins
In other crime news, a U.S. couple residing in the beautiful seaside village of Hopkins has discovered that paradise is not without problems. Sixty-eight year old Katherine Cormier told police that around 7:00 on Thursday morning she answered a knock on her door only to find a pair of robbers. The men forced their way in and ordered she and her husband to lie on the floor, where they were tied up. The intruders made off with cash, jewellery and a laptop computer valued at a total of five thousand dollars. Police are looking for one known suspect.
