Security Guard Accused of Sex with Schoolgirl Out on Bail

He is accused of a sensitive crime, but tonight, twenty-seven-year-old Ryan Neal is out on bail on a charge of unlawful sexual intercourse and grievous harm. Neal is accused of raping a fourteen-year-old schoolgirl on the third floor of a school building in Belize City earlier this month. Supreme Court Justice Colin Williams set bail of five thousand dollars subject to several conditions. Neal is to surrender his travel documents to the clerk of court, he must attend all court adjournments on the case and he must report to the Queen Street Police Station every Friday, until his case is disposed of.  Neal is also barred from going within a hundred feet of the complainant, her family, their home or work places or otherwise interfering with witnesses in the case directly or through social media. He returns to court on July twenty-third.
