Dangriga Man Shot while Socializing
There was also a non-fatal shooting on Labour Day in Dangriga. Around seven-thirty p.m., police responded to a report of gun violence on Isla Road and found thirty-two-year-old Jason Williams suffering from a gunshot wound to the left shoulder. The investigation has since revealed that Williams was socializing with some friends inside a yard when a gunman approached and fired two shots, one of which caught Williams. He was taken to the Southern Regional Hospital where he was admitted in a stable condition. Police investigation continues.
