Taiwan provides independence fireworks
Finally, for those Belize City viewers who like a good fireworks show, don’t worry, help is on the way. In a ceremony held today the Ambassador of Taiwan confirmed that his government will be contributing twenty thousand dollars towards what promises to be a spectacular pyrotechnic show on independence eve. The display, to be provided by Add Fire Incorporated of Miami, will consist of approximately three hundred separate devices. The fun starts at midnight at Memorial Park.
