Are Members of Elite Unit on “Payroll” of Local Pawn Shop?

Rhaburn’s mother, who also asked not to appear on camera, makes some very bold claims against members of the police department.  Likewise, Shari Lopez accuses the owners of the pawnshop of having the G.S.U. officers on their payroll in an attempt to shakedown borrowers who are either delinquent or have defaulted on their debt.  She believes that the officers who manhandled her son are on the take and simply carried out the bidding of the proprietor.

“After he caught this case, GSU came to my home to conduct a search and I think it’s days after they did the search there were shots that were being fired at my home.  Like I would say within a twenty-four hour proximity.  Like I would say, the Friday around three or four in the afternoon when I was not there, you know, when I reached home the night, my son informed me that there was a bullet hole in the window.  I called the Hattieville police and I made a complaint but nobody came.  Before day the Saturday morning, I think like minutes to six, this time they came and they shoot the front of the house, not the back, because they came to the back first and I made a call and when I made that call, the police they came and they just did some mere searches and that’s it.  And from then, like I was sitting waiting to hear what was the situation as it relates to this shooting at my home.  I got no response from them, however, I felt that they would come back because I know the persons that my son had this case with are arrogant and they are people in authority.  They are people that are placed to uphold the law but instead they abuse the law.  They are crooked cops, drug dealers, murderers and the whole nine yards, I can say it all about them.”

“Well, I can say it if I want to but the public knows who I am talking about and he knows who I am talking about.  Their politician father that is fighting for politics, he knows.  They know that I know who they are and I know that they are the ones that are sending people to my home to violate me, to shoot up my house, paying people to come and even aggress me at my work.”
