“When we arrived on the scene the vehicle was on its four-wheels, already turned over. An elderly female, about seventy-nine, was lying near the vehicle on the ground without moving. The ambulance came on the scene and the paramedics pronounced her dead. Apart from that you had two other females with minor injuries. You had the twenty-three year old girl, Kathy, who was complaining of chest pains. She was taken to the Belize City hospital in the ambulance.”
