K.H.M.H.’s Has a New C.E.O., Stephanie Lindo-Garbutt New City Administrator
The Belize City Council has named a new city administrator, following the suspension and subsequent dismissal of Candice Miller on May eighth. Earlier this evening, City Hall confirmed Stephanie Lindo-Garbutt as Miller’s successor. Lindo-Garbutt comes with experience having worked in both the private and public sectors in the area of sustainable project management. In other news of recent appointments, a new chief executive officer has taken the reins at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital.
With thirty-three years of experience as a registered nurse administrator under her belt, Michelle Cox-Hoare has ascended to the helm of the K.H.M.H. She succeeds former C.E.O. Adrian Coye. Cox-Hoare holds a Master’s Degree in public health and was previously the Director of Nursing Services at the institution. She has also worked with the Ministry of Health in various administrative capacities, including Director of Licensing and Accreditation Unit, as well as Quality Assurance Coordinator.
