RTA Claims Second Victim in Succotz
Thirty-two-year-old Sandra Garcia succumbed to injuries sustained in fatal traffic accident that happened on June seventeenth. The driver of the vehicle Neidy Cifuentes died shortly after the accident, while her two passengers, Garcia and her nine-year-old daughter Ziyanda Tzib, were hospitalized. Garcia remained in a critical condition ever since and passed last week Thursday which makes that accident a double fatality. Cifuentes was driving a rental SUV when she lost control at the entrance of the Succotz and flipped several times.
