Infant dies after falling into well
An in a tragic story, an infant from the Village of San Roman in the Stann Creek District died after falling into a well. Thirty-one year old Christina Cho, reported to police that on Wednesday morning, her two year old daughter, Roxanna Coc, was with her in the yard feeding their pigs. When Cho went to get water from a well in the yard shortly after, she saw baby Roxanna inside. The child was retrieved from the well and taken to the Southern Regional Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
