2 detained in jacking of Gov’t payroll

Just after 11:00 on Thursday morning, two men armed with a handgun stole the Ministry of Works payroll and monies collected by transport officials and escaped in a car heading in the direction of Belize City. The money stolen totals over twelve thousand dollars in cash.
