The Winners of the 2018 Carnival Road March

Saturday’s Carnival Road March featured ten bands, five in the senior and the remaining five in the junior category. It started at the corner of Neal Pen Road and Central American Boulevard and made its way to the Marion Jones Sporting Complex. While the parade for the most part was uneventful, the results of the 2018 bacchanal were not known until Sunday morning. The Carnival Committee announced that in the junior category: Collet Royal Revellers placed first, Black Pearl second and Soca Massive third. In the senior category: Titans placed first, Soca Moca second and Mother Nature third. News Five’s Duane Moody has the sights and sounds of the carnival.
