Kelvin Gongora is Caught on Tape Attempting to Shoot Restaurant Patron
Nineteen-year-old Kelvin Gongora has been arrested and charged for attempting to discharge a firearm inside a Chinese fast-food restaurant on Mahogany Street last Friday. The Mopan Street resident was caught on surveillance camera taking aim at a patron of the establishment when the weapon snapped twice. He then trained the firearm in the direction of other persons gathered inside Tasty Restaurant before fleeing the scene. Police were able to review the footage and later identified Gongora as the gunman. He has since been indicted on a count of aggravated assault.
