Students vie for Miss Excelsior crown

Story Picture
Last Friday night the public got a chance to see young men showcase their talent in the Mr. Nice Guy pageant. This Friday the students of Excelsior High School invite you to their sixth annual Miss Excelsior contest. For the past three months, the eight ladies have been working overtime getting ready for the pageant. We caught up with seven of them this morning at the M.C.C. Grounds as they were taking part in their school’s sports day. Teacher and one of the pageant’s organisers, Madalina Saldana says the event is more than just a beauty pageant.
