“Initial police investigation revealed that Ms. Sagastume was involved in a domestic dispute with her common-law husband, one Darrel Usher. As a result, she decided to leave the residence and headed to her parents’ home somewhere in the Maya Mopan area. While on her way, it is alleged that Darrell Usher got in his black SUV and knocked down all those aforementioned persons who received varying degrees of injuries. Darrell Usher is now in police custody and charges are being preferred against him as we speak.”
Usher was arraigned today and was remanded until February fifteenth, 2019.
