“Big Tom” formally charged with murder
This morning, a Belize City man suspected of murder was formally arraigned in Magistrate’s Court. Twenty-four year old Kenneth “Big Tom” Flowers appeared in court today and was remanded to custody. Flowers is believed to be the man who went into the Mahogany Street area on Wednesday and fatally shot thirty-six year old William Carl Osmond. Flowers himself was shot by two young men over the weekend, but declined to offer any information to the police.
