School teacher charged for hit & run death in PG

This morning B.D.F. volunteer, eighteen-year-old Pablo Chub was laid to rest in the Toledo District. Chub, a resident of Emory Grove Village, died after being knocked down while riding his bicycle on New Road in Punta Gorda Town. Police have since identified a teacher of San Pedro Columbia Village as the hit and run driver. Twenty-three year old Charles Coc has been charged with manslaughter by negligence, causing death by careless conduct, failure to report an accident, failure to stop and render aid and driving a motor vehicle without due care and attention.
