John Henry Accused of Sexually Assaulting an 11-Year-Old Girl

Another man was arraigned for sexual assault upon a minor and denied bail. Thirty-nine-year-old John Henry is accused of touching the breast of an eleven-year-old girl on November thirtieth. Henry pleaded not guilty to the charge of sexual assault and, like Carrillo, Magistrate Banner denied him bail and he was remanded into custody at the Belize Central Prison until January twentieth. The girl claims that while at home with her aunt and other siblings, her brother told her that someone was looking for her in the lower flat of the house. Henry, who she knows as “Ja Rule,” asked to meet in a zinc house in the yard. The minor said that while inside the abandoned house, Henry grabbed her right breast.
