Man Attacked, Beaten and Stabbed at Wedding

Police are investigating the savage beating and stabbing of Paul Moro. Moro and his wife were at a wedding on Saturday in Burrell Boom Village when he got into an altercation with another person. As the couple left the event, a group of men attacked and stabbed Moro. Police shared more details.

“At about ten forty p.m., police visited the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where they observed Mr. Paul Moro suffering from apparent stab wounds; one to the left, lower back and abdomen. He was treated at the hospital and later on discharged in the morning. Information that police received indicates that he was at a wedding at the Henderson Bank in the Burrell Boom area where he had a dispute with a female. Thereafter, he and his wife were walking to their vehicles where they were attacked by a group of male persons where one of the male persons inflicted the stab wounds. So far police are looking for four persons that they believe can assist them with this investigation.”
