Security guard shot in Bz. City
A security guard in Belize City has been shot by an assailant near mile one and a half on the Western Highway. Thirty-six year old Alfredo Alpuche, a Triple A guard posted at Leslie’s Imports, told police that on Monday night a man rode up to him on a bicycle, asked to see the permit for his twelve gauge shotgun and when he refused…shot him with a handgun. Alpuche was wounded in the arm and chest and was taken to the K.H.M.H. The mysterious gunman with no apparent motive, is still on the loose.
