Keshawn Dennison is Targeted by Gunman
There was another shooting just before nine o’clock on Tuesday night in Belize City. Twenty-five-year-old Keshawn Dennison was among a group of men gathered at the corner Laura Dunn Street and Antelope Street Extension when a gunman opened fire. He was hit in both legs and is listed in critical condition at the K.H.M.H.

“Police visited the hospital and there they observed twenty-five-year-old Keshawn Dennison suffering from gun-shot wounds. What police gathered so far is that Mr. Dennison was walking just before nine at the corner of Antelope Street and Laura Dunn Street when he was approached by a male person. The male person pulled out a firearm and fired shots at his direction causing the injuries to him. I was told this morning that he was treated and he has been discharged from the hospital. At this moment police are looking for two male persons who can assist in this investigation.”

“Was it related to any gang rivalry, sir?”

“We don’t have any history in regards to him being involved in any gang rivalry but we know that the area where he lives is an area of concern for us.”
In an update, police say that Dennison is now in a stable condition.
