Another Education Grant Issued

We have reported on the grant request of almost two hundred thousand dollars for Paulette Elrington to proceed on study leave even though Elrington is not on established staff with the public service. The P.S.U. has strongly objected to the request for the grant as well as for her to join the public service. More recently on Thursday, we disclosed that grants were approved for Jackie Willoughby and Chief Magistrate Sharon Frazer for an ILO course in Turin, Italy. Tonight, we have copy of a memorandum of a grant approved in November 2018 to Tania Tanesha Domingo. It is for ten thousand dollars, not a whole lot, but get this. The money is for a professional make-up certificate at TNT Agency, Chino, California. The grant was approved by the Ministry of Education
