Boom man charged for mob style murder
Police have arrested a man from Boom for the mob style murder of a security guard more than a week ago. Twenty year old Dyron Hyde, a resident of Burrell Boom, has been charged with the murder Arthur Segura, a security guard who worked for Cisco Construction. Segura’s body was found on the morning of November fourth, in a sitting position inside an excavator at a work site in the village. The body had a single puncture wound to the back of the head just behind the left ear. Police would not go into the specifics of Hyde’s arrest, but told News 5 that they have sufficient evidence linking him to the crime. Hyde has since appeared before a Magistrate and was remanded to Hattieville Prison.
