John Doe in OW is identified; one man charged for his attack
Over a week ago a man was badly beaten and left for dead in Orange Walk Town. At the time police didn’t know who he was because he didn’t have any form of identification nor was he able to communicate because of his injuries that landed him at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital. Well, today police say they have a name for the “John Doe” and have identified his attacker. A.C.P. Joseph Myvett tells us more.
ACP Joseph Myvett, Head, National Crimes Investigation Branch
“The last time we spoke about John Doe he has since been identified as Samuel Sanchez, 33 years of a Caledonia Village address and police has since arrested and charges Jose Franco Rivera, 55 years Salvadoran national with the crime on dangerous harm.”

“Do you all know the circumstances as to what caused that particular individual to chop the victim?”
ACP Joseph Myvett
