ROCT hosts cultural presentations

Earlier this week, a delegation from the Republic of China on Taiwan entertained the public with various performances as part of a cultural exchange between the countries. In honour of ROCT’s National Day, six missions were dispatched worldwide as signs of good faith. On Tuesday night, News 5 caught up with the act visiting Belize.

“The Global Goodwill mission from Taiwan want to show our concern and regards to the people and Government of Belize and also to the Chinese community here. We are trying to bring our pleasures and our joy with the people here, including performing songs, magic performances and others, and probably talk shows.”

The actors will be performing in Nicaragua next week. Before returning home, they would have toured ten countries in Central and South America.
