A Vehicle Goes Up in Flames at a Gas Station
A fire was reported this evening at the Shell Gas Station at the corner of Central American Boulevard and Cemetery Road at the entrance of the George Price Highway. A vehicle dangerously went up in flames while fueling at the Shell One Stop gas station. According to reports, attendants noticed smoke coming from the vehicle’s engine and when they lifted the bonnet, there was a burst of flames. The station was quickly closed down. The Fire Department responded to the scene quickly and averted what could have been a catastrophic situation. The vehicle, however, was extensively damaged.
