Regular Gas and Kerosene Prices Go Up

Going into the Easter holidays, last Wednesday, the pump price for premium gasoline increased by forty cents; it took the cost up to a whopping eleven dollars and thirty cents per gallon. Well, there is a third increase in two weeks because today, the Ministry of Finance is announcing yet another hike, this time in the cost of regular gasoline and kerosene. At midnight tonight, the pump price for regular goes up by twenty-seven cents to ten dollars and eighty-seven cents per gallon. Kerosene increases by sixteen cents to seven dollars and eighty-one cents per gallon. So if you are heading to Belmopan for the Agricultural and Trade Show, get to the pumps early.
