Malique Stuart is Attacked and Stabbed in Majestic Alley

Twenty-three-year-old Malique Stuart remains hospitalized at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital following an incident on Monday evening during which he was stabbed several times to the body.  Sometime around four o’clock, the resident of Maskall Village was walking through Pinks Alley, in Belize City, towards Queen Street when he was accosted by three male persons who were armed with knives and a machete.  The motive for the attack has not been determined, but what is known is that Stuart was stabbed multiple times during the incident.  Police have not indicated whether any arrests have been made thus far.  An investigation is ongoing.
