An Elderly Man is Stabbed by Mentally Ill Person
An elderly man remains hospitalized tonight after he was attacked by a mentally ill person. Sixty-seven-year-old Frank Arnold was stabbed three times to the body by Ronald Flowers, aka “Jack,” as he exited an unnamed alley off Neal’s Penn Road Extension in Belize City. Arnold was rushed to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital and has since undergone surgery. Police responded to the scene shortly after where a knife, broken in three pieces was retrieved and twenty-nine-year-old Flowers was detained.
