“Upon the police’s arrival, they met the son of Mr. Vasquez there and the structure appeared to be locked and secured from the back and front door had a pad lock which was locked. As a result, the door was forced open and upon entering the building, the lifeless body of Mr. Manuel Vasquez was found in a decomposed state with apparent chop wounds to the upper body. The scene was processed where the body was removed and a post-mortem was later conducted yesterday. So, far we know that he was last seen alive on Monday.”
