Vince Martinez Takes on ComPol Chester Williams

After the incident, Vince Martinez filed an official report to the Professional Standards Branch. Commissioner Williams told News Five on Thursday that some investigations are complex because the department has found that at times complaints are false and are filed as a result of malice. He did agree that there are legitimate complaints. Williams says to distinguish facts from false information, a proper investigation is needed. Vince, however, is growing impatient.

“What the Commissioner is saying does not interest me none at all because it is total nonsense that he is talking about. He was not there. I personally know Kent Martinez good, at the time I didn’t know his name Kent but the big Corporal Martinez was on his shirt.  I made my report and my statement said that anywhere I see Corporal Martinez, I know him. God is wonderful and he showed up in TV and that’s him. I would not make any false allegations or try to ruin anybody.”
