Kareem Musa

Musa says that Broaster or the property owner would need to appear in court to prove that that is Broaster’s address. While the case is scheduled for Monday morning, Musa today told News Five that he believes that it will be dismissed.

Kareem Musa, Area Representative, Caribbean Shores

“People can have multiple residences. If that is what Mr. Broaster is saying then again that is something that he has to prove, that he actually has a residence at a restaurant. He would actually have to go to court and prove that he has another residence at Chon Son Palace.Chances are that the magistrate will dismiss is but at the same time it will bring it to light that individuals who have very high profiles in our country and high offices to uphold the law that are doing these things. What it will do is highlight the fact Hipolito that our Representation of People’s Act need to be amended, the regulation needs to be strengthened in order of us to prove ore surely, to be more certain that an individual actually resides at a particular address because anybody can say they live anywhere. I think that at the end of the day it is certainly brining the issue under a microscope because I again this is a high profile individual and because my team on principal decided that this is a matter that ought to be taken to court.”
