…Boyfriend is Detained, but Released for Lack of Evidence

According to Estella, the boyfriend was detained by the police on Saturday and later released on Monday, because there was insufficient evidence to levy a charge on him.  Today, she was back at the police station seeking answers; Estella says she wants justice for the death of her daughter.

“They let him go on Monday. So he is out with his two kids. Don’t know where he is right now and I don’t think it is correct for him to be out cause he should be locked up for this thing. It was poison. She told the police that he did it in a white container with something white in it too. She tell that to the police in front of me and the police didn’t write that down.
