“Especially here in Belize City, you have noticed there is an increased of police presence especially in the Albert Street area, which is the biggest commercial area in the city. There are several police officers working in the morning and late into the night when the shops are closing; it is extra patrol that they are conducting. And almost every corner at Albert Street there is a police officer just in case if anything happens and also providing security to the citizens who are doing their daily shopping.”
