Charges for Timroy Neal’s Killer!
A Roaring Creek resident has been charged for the murder of Timroy Neal that happened back in December of last year. Police say that the man they were looking for, David Cruz, handed himself in to police this week. Cruz has been arrested and charged for Neal’s murder that was captured on surveillance cameras in front of Lucky Entertainment in Roaring Creek. Here’s Senior Superintendent Hilberto Romero with more.

“Reference the murder of Timroy Neal which happened on December twelfth 2019 in Roaring Creek Village. Police have since arrested and charged twenty-six-year-old David Cruz, a laborer of Roaring Creek, for the crime of murder.”

“Was Mr. Cruz was the initial suspect when this murder happened?”

“Yes. We were looking for him from then.”

“Sir, can you say where he was actually caught in relation to this?”
