Shadron Gillett is Committed to Stand Trial for Murder
In the court room of Chief Magistrate Sharon Fraser, Shadron Gillett was committed to stand trial during the April Session of the Supreme Court for the murder of Kevin Thomas. At the preliminary inquiry, Gillett told the court he has no witnesses to call, but the prosecution is relying on nineteen witnesses. Thomas was killed in October 2018 when he was shot to the head. He was at a store in the Yarborough area when he was ambushed. Gillett attempted to flee the scene, but police caught up with him and shot him on the leg.
