Dangriga Businessman Accused of Rape Gets Supreme Court Bail
Dangriga businessman, Wilfred Pascacio, through his attorney, Richard “Dickie” Bradley, today acquired bail from Justice Marilyn Williams in Belize City Supreme Court. Pascascio, who is the proprietor for an island resort in southern Belize, is accused of the rape of one of his employees, an eighteen-year-old. She alleges that Pascascio forcibly had sexual intercourse with her at the resort on January thirteenth. Pascascio has been on remand since he was arraigned on Monday. The fifty-three year-old businessman is due back in court on March eighteenth.
