Meighan Brothers Couldn’t Get Bail
The Meighan brothers: Shaquille, Tyrone and Ellis were not able to be considered for bail today because their case file is still incomplete. The trio, charged with Being Members of a Street Gang (namely the Bank Street Clique), will return before a Supreme Court judge next Friday to apply for bail. By then, it is expected that the Police will have taken and attached all the witness statements to the Meighan brothers’ case file, so that the Judge can review the evidence and contemplate bail. The Meighan brothers are represented by Attorney Dickie Bradley.
