O.W. educator charged with indecent assault
An Orange Walk educator has been charged with indecent assault. Ricardo Castillo, Vice Principal of Louisiana Government School, was charged today based on the statement of a five-year-old female student. Castillo had been detained since Wednesday evening and on Thursday a crowd of angry citizens staged a protest demanding swift punishment. Largely for his own safety, Castillo was denied bail and remanded to Hattieville Prison until his next court date on December fourteenth.
