Barber shot inside his shop is recovering.

In Tuesday’s newscast we reported on the shooting of fifty-two-year-old barber John Crawford. He was inside his business around four-twenty that evening when a man entered the shop and fired shots at him, one of which caught him in the face. Fortunately for Crawford, he survived the attempt on his life and is now recovering. Here’s what a bystander shared about the shooting:

“When I look, me just see a man come and stand up look like he come trim and haul out a gun and shot. That dah all I see and a young bwai run. I so frighten I nuh even know what to do, yuh dig? I just feel disappointed, mien. Only one shot fired and barber nuh really injured mien because he di talk and everything. Deh young bwai need to stop and put down the gun mien; that’s all weh deh have to do.”
