Who Will Now Lead BDF Air Wing?
The untimely demise of the head of the B.D.F. Air Wing, as well as his second-in-command, has left a vacuum in the leadership of that military unit and in the days ahead, a succession plan will have to be implemented for another officer to assume its helm. While that consideration will be made sooner rather than later, the B.D.F. is presently focused in burying its dead before returning to the drawing board.

“There seems to be a lack of leadership, forgive me, at the present moment in respect of the Air Wing. Is there a succession plan in place with the commanders to see how the Air Wing will now be headed?”
Michael Peyrefitte, Minister of National Security
“I am sure those are planned, the military has its structure, but as I said before we are not worried about who leads the Maritime Wing or who leads the BDF or anything like that. We’re just here to show them that we do appreciate the sacrifices they have made and the ultimate sacrifices that their family members have made. Who will lead the BDF Air Wing? I am sure we will figure that out in due time.”
