Man arrested in hit and run accident

Police have still not arrested anyone in the murder of multi millionaire heiress Therese Blake Ayuso, but report that they have been making progress with the case. Whatever new information they have gathered has not been disclosed to the press, fearing that such a move would jeopardize the investigation. The police did, however, make an arrest in connection with the hit and run accident that killed sixty-six year old Owen Hughdonald Welcome. Lionel Tillett has been charged with manslaughter by negligence, causing death by negligence, driving without due care and attention, failure to stop and render aid, failure to report a road traffic accident and driving a motor vehicle above the prescribed limit. On Thursday Welcome, was taking his usual morning walk, when he was knocked down on Fabers Road.
