“The aim is reflected in the motto, in our mission statement “Committed to Excellence”. We are getting students from across a wide range abilities, but that doesn’t mean that if you come with lesser academic standards that others you cannot achieve excellence. That is what we are trying to do, to get the best out of every child that comes here and graduates from this school eventually. Whatever talents they have be it in academics, be it in sports, drama. Whatever it is, excellence means doing the best with what God has given you.”
Prime Minister Said Musa encouraged the students to not only cultivate their everyday knowledge, but also their emotional intelligence which will make them better able to deal with anger, stress and jealousy. Also present for the school’s dedication were area representative Dickie Bradley along with Education Minister Cordel Hyde.
