Diplomatic Community Makes Donation to Belize Red Cross

A sum of twelve thousand dollars was handed over to the Belize Red Cross from the diplomatic community and the international organizations accredited to Belize. The diplomatic community here is small and their countries have also been hit hard, but the gesture is significant to assist families facing financial difficulties as a result of COVID-19.  A release from the office of the Dean, Ambassador Carlos Queznel from Mexico, recognizes the efficient, transparent and impartial disbursement of resources by the Belize Red Cross.  The Dean also recognizes the remarkable show of support to help the families.
