Twelve year old dies in a Road Traffic Accident in Spanish Lookout
A twelve-year-old boy is dead following a road traffic accident in Spanish Lookout on Thursday afternoon around three-thirty. The boy, Widel Garcia, was travelling with his father Pedro Garcia on a tractor being driven by Venus Penner. The tractor was reportedly in the vicinity of Green Hills in Spanish Lookout when its trailer loaded with logs slid off the road. As a result, Penner lost control of the tractor which caused it to overturn and crush the little boy. The driver and senior Garcia were both injured and are now hospitalized.
